My Office Mess Challenge-Update
Well, it took me awhile, just doing a little at a time but I finally got my studio/office clean. So I thought I would show you the pictures:
And here is my desk:
Now, the desk drawers are a little open but that's not cos they are so full. It's because this is my dad's old desk and the drawers just won't close all the way.
And here's my laptop work station:
Of course, the room is not perfect. I wasn't able to take all the furniture out, purge all the things I don't use, etc. But I did get it clean and organized which is enough for now. At least I LIKE being in here again!

I love this "At least I LIKE being in here again!" That is the most important thing - you have to like being in your space and working in your space. I've tried having my home office in another room, out of they way, and I hated it. I always move my office back, where I have lots of light, have my big windows to see outside and watch the butterflies and birds (and the kids), and just be where I can just glance up to see what the kids are doing.
Being where you feel good working, in a space that feels good, makes a difference on the attitude you to your work and your work time, (or at least it does for me!)
Hope you enjoy your newly organized office!
