We have moved into an apt. for a few months and because of the way the wiring is set up, I am having to use my laptop as my primary computer, rather than my tower. Even with an external hard drive to hold most of my files, my laptop is having a hard time keeping up with me! It was a fairly inexpensive one, and doesn't have as much power as the tower. I am SOOOO missing being able to use my tower all the time, for everything! :) If you do go with the laptop as your primary, make sure it has the power/memory to keep up with you :) I can so relate, but I have somewhat the opposite problem.
